These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Bengal Skill Academy website, our learning portal and all courses and materials we provide. By accessing the site or enrolling in a course, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

Course access is granted to a single individual. Sharing login details, or allowing more than one person to use one account, may result in suspension without refund.
Once your payment is confirmed, you receive access to the purchased course on our learning portal. Unless stated otherwise on the course page, access is for the lifetime of the course on our platform.
We may update, improve, restructure or retire course content at any time. Where a course is retired, we will give reasonable notice and, where practical, provide access to a replacement or downloadable materials.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may revise prices or run limited-time offers at any time; the price you pay is the price displayed at the moment of purchase.
Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. We are not responsible for failures, delays or charges arising from your bank or payment provider.
Our courses are digital products delivered instantly, which means access cannot be returned once granted.
To request a refund, email bengalskilacademy@gmail.com with your order ID and registered email address.
All course videos, notes, templates, prompts, worksheets, graphics, logos and website content are the property of Bengal Skill Academy or its licensors, and are protected under Indian copyright and trademark law.
You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the material for your own learning. You may not copy, record, download (unless a download is expressly provided), resell, redistribute, publish or use our material to create a competing course.

Our courses teach practical skills, tools and systems. They do not guarantee a job, freelance client, income level or any specific outcome. Results depend on your effort, consistency, existing skills and market conditions.
Any earnings, figures or examples shown on this website or in our courses are illustrations of what is possible — not a promise of what you will earn.
A certificate of completion is issued once you finish 100% of a course on the learning portal. Our certificates recognise course completion at Bengal Skill Academy. They are not a government-issued qualification, degree or diploma, and do not carry university accreditation.
Our courses teach the use of third-party tools such as ChatGPT, Canva and LinkedIn. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by these companies unless expressly stated. Their features, pricing and terms may change at any time, and your use of them is governed by their own terms of service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bengal Skill Academy, its mentors and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss — including loss of income, data, profits or business opportunity — arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website or courses.
In all cases, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any course or to the platform if you breach these terms, misuse our content, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity. Termination in these circumstances does not entitle you to a refund.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [District], West Bengal.
